They are developing the area near the power station (u know my place there), also next to the river. but that place not as convenient as my block as u know

so i feel if we kena enbloc we may be shortchanged and moved to the area next to the park where it's under redevelopment plan

or maybe move us to the Sims Drive where they already moved the people away to the good places at Kallang (in the picture) and elsewhr i think)

i feel Sims Drive location not as good as my location, tio boh @daryl76 ?

this is what i worry. Sims Drive is knn sai lai de, inside only 2-3 buses serving, no MRT. frankly speaking i really dont want to vacate here then move to that shit place without MRT and without buses

and frankly, looking at the MRT lines, it's close to 0% probability they will build another MRT station there............. if got, means wah lau eh the whole of SG esp central all is MRT liao

this is what i really worry, because it is not unfounded and very likely true. machiam makan my good place right nxt to MRT and throw us all to Sims Drive that dog dont shit, birds dont lay egg place

that day I pass by the Macpherson new HDB still building. I think those are quite short also. i count like 16 storeys or something? coz it's too near to paya lebar airbase which is not moving out yet

ur dad area is also good cept MRT still must walk a slightly bit and the green line is old. i also got look at the flats in that area lah thats why i asked.

also asking for arm and leg even for ur dad's that old flat... in even worse condition than my side lol (due to the super old flats, old people and smaller flats/rental flats) and still further than my current place to MRT

thats why u also cant afford those "newer" across the ICA which are rly quite good area, esp after they build the NTUC and the dunno what jellicoe/french road mall or what........ crazy one 1m+++



the riverside living is nice on paper, they now build underground pass for people to run, u know right? the bridge there. as if you run every day. what is more impt? access to transport and food than running mah, right?
