it is man. im not even sure can recoup via rent tbh. possible but basically ure using it as an investment vehicle and theres a lot to think, including my dad

Same feelings ... if I hv another half we tank 1/2-1/2 I feel like still bearable .. one human .. I feel max 20 yr loan is v max alr

Imagine yr age and 20 yr later ... must mk sure u nv stop work or nx get a life episode needing u to stop work for 1/2-1 year kinda thing


My teacher told me .. when he was a youth .. hdb was only 4-8 yrs their annual salary so they saved as much as possible and paid up as quickly as they could ... even for those who r dirt poor only Tk 1x years ..
