now condo cannot sell out and rental yield is terrible... HDB yield is better

she is telling me to sell this convenient place off and double down to buy condo......... which at most i can buy is at those outskirts if i want a 2 bedder

if not i need to buy a 1 bedder mickey mouse which i will be staying in myself

and she says this is good investment, capital growing and rejuvenation of property
