Everytime got housing issue, HDB will give "grants"

everytime give grants, owners who want to sell will know potential buyers got bigger budget because of the grants, so they price their flats accordingly.

Your life decisions 5-10 yr down e road

eg pricing rising - usu stable or rising
North side pricing will stable or drop when hsr ready between here n msia

Yr pa condition - old ppl usu stable or deteriorate

If u bto wait 3-5 yr get e flat how will that affect ur financial outlook / position
vs
Tkg big fat loan for 20-30 yr and using rental to back to back with some loose $ left as additional income 

If u buy a less pricy one at a ulu er location loan less, rental income lesser .. lesser mortgage stress ? But still  house of yr own name

Choose the one u d regret least even if sthg happens or nothing happens . Eg for lkk.. I ll care where I stay to be as close to my parents as possible cos I need to be reaching them within 1/2 hr if I can
And Eg I d want to be near them so I can go to their house to check in them daily (imagine if one has helath issue etc )
Cost cannot be loan beyond X year like that

Rest of factors just take as good to have .. cannot want best of everything in world

Anyway it's always buy season for property agents lah

When prices going up they will say " buy now before it become more expensive!!!!"
If prices go down, "buy now since it's cheaper now!!!!"

i used to worry about my kids future because of the high cost of a hdb flat, hard time finding stable jobs, just trying to make it through the system.

but few years ago my wife and i agreed to fuck it all. we got some $$, we're just moving elsewhere once my kids finish their studies.

its not worth struggling in an island 42km wide with 6mil ppl inside.
