These are the type of people who are thriving in my dept now. Those who are incompetent and cant do work at all are the ones enjoying all the fruits from the tree.

Furthermore, despite working in society longer than me, their knowledge and learning capability is so bad that they need to ask basic questions that I dont even ask when I was doing AP as those questions are self explanatory.

Sick and tired of all these crap already. Tell person A 123, then tell person B 456, then ownself flip prata say 789. Do 1 thing must do multiple versions, each version send to different parties.

Going to work is the same as going to a battlefield. The work is only a part of your job. The office politics is the "work" you need to also do/get used to. In other words, you are paid to deal with this bullshit and not just your work.
