It's not. Hiring people not sinkies. HR not sinkies. Wat r the odds getting an interview & get selected? It's a problem if sinkies can't get job in homeground. Moi got good fit in the roles & responsibility & the Ang mo hiring can even say I need to use sales & mkting (he switch from sales & market & not even relevant in mfg as he was a banker) even though the job is not in sales nor marketing. Tis is the real FT running the dept & not of same industry.

This is when singaporeans should vote the opposition during ge to ensure that the policies protect singaporeans interests. But daft gotta daft at the polls and give free pass to the pap because "opposition not credible, no experience, and clown".
