Came in rrss...tot TS gonna be like moi retiring next yr or latest following year after next.
Looks like TS gonna be burden with bank.
Took moi 30yrs of being slave to debt. 
Now totally debt free and taking off to BKK stay in moi MM unit.

The landed loan was really stressful even though it was at $2m when bought. Every month $10k repayment. Not sure how TS can even put in $3.4m.

Think chiu will have to do that loan since put in the commitment. Only way is to keep on working till sold off. Good luck TS.
