sekupang got afew gated communities buay pai, ferry terminal nearby to SG, those 2-3 bedroom townhouses around low 1+ billion (100k sgd)

nongsa got a digital park if u want to run your own biz and employ peepur, they got some nice new homes there also

batam centre, amdk all there loh.

Just door step. Can say moi stay in Orchard liao....horsepeter oso nearby..
