stay HDB good mah. condo and landed are overrated.

HDB got usave rebates.
easy to maintain
some things can get help from town council and HDB

landed maintenance n repair is jialat especially the older the building. no HDB or town council to help you. you find your own contractor kena cut carrot also duno. worse they do half fug jod make things worse. stay at ground floor all the dust and insects.

Buy landed likely temporary unless I get full reg and decide to work longer.

Most likely will sell landed for profit after 3 years and retire in hdb.

Hdb utility bill also lower than condo somehow even with my elder boy switching on the aircon every night.

Completely no job and rest at home
Still have job but less stressful
Only do hobbies which can pay something
Only do hobbies.  Whether it pays or not is irrelevant

Locum drs have best of both worlds.

If need money can work more, dont want can just slack. Their per hour rate is like dunno 100 or what. Can be more also

I used to locum for 10 years.

Now C reg cannot locum. Hope to go back to locum when full reg
