Blk 46 Bendemeer road is 5 room flat. built in 1994. so 30 yrs means must HIP liao?

that place already 1m onwards, HIP lan jiao la. must be coz votes coming down.

My house built in 1973, HIP only in around 2012

this one i not sure. just to give a fact check, mine was 1973 TOP, HIP in 2010 -> 37 years, old area as u all know

dont come talk shit when 1994 technology improved so much need to HIP so fast? but those 3 room near my area so slow? i suspect is vote buying and also because they are trying to see whether to enbloc my side

all these planned long ago liao. means earliest my side if ever enbloc would be next general elections or later

if not hor, means here too many older than boomers continue to vote them which means no chance to enbloc

u believe theres fact sheets to see where and who loves them and who doesnt???
