Din oil the gate and try? Else forever stuck is also an issue. Buy bulky stuff cannot come in

The toilet fittings use unknown brands or workmanship issue? I use cheapo brands like baron, sanition and rubine ok liao

I think the extra room thing is dependent of type and age of the hdb blk. Like those older hdb that have lifts that dun stop at every level... Those are very old liao
