No lah..I didn't save a lot in the past..
And I only use abt USD20k nia..I'm on margin account so I get abt 80k to play around with. It's enough to earn a decent amount.
You can pump in more if u r a risk taker, want to get rich quick and very confident in what you r doing..otherwise, just use a fraction of your capital for trading via CASH account. Pump in more to avg down if u r stuck on the worthy stocks(evaluate on your own). Those P&D stocks once stuck, just take the loss quickly and move on..
You should only opt for margin account if u have reached a fairly consistent stage.
