Last time when I was a kid , fri is free n easy we play block catching n neighbourhood cycling whole day 

Sat maybe go swimming or Sentosa or library or bras Brasah or zoo 

Sun go buy veg n play every playground along the way from market to home (about 30 min journey become whole afternoon journey ) 

Mon if still no school catchup school work, catchup caning if we got naughty and made mom or pa angry again .. night time got 10-20 bed time stories

all these okra or what sure is fry with fishy ingredients like dried shrimp and usually sambal or curry

theres no other way to fry them leh

brinjal got more ways to do, can braise, fry, cook in curry or even bake
