If it's chronic or sthg that bugs u and makes us feel lesser than who we can be , pls go do something abt it ... It's good you try to get referred. Hearsay if u hv company insurance panel doc , if they refer u or u self request them to refer to panel specialist it will still be cheaper than if u self engage directly a specialist... Same case for polyclinic referral .. will be cheaper than directly running to hospital... Hang in there.. hope it's sthg bearable and not so 99 level pain 🙏🥴

urbanisation, development is what they say as usual... how to coexist if their natural habitat is being destroyed as we speak? some more our island so small

whenever i see those cb post photos of pangolin, sambar deer, i feel sad... cos that means these poor animals are either lost or desperate to be seen in the open

Even for govt also double whammy. I dont trust companies or govt. Say e.g. u got depression, then u go declare for govt or see cheaper govt subsidised

It means they will know. And will impact ur career even u perform just as well as others

Its a shady world. Thats why data is so impt and every company and govt wants it.

I think there r 3 operators of polyclinic .. all r semi pte semi gov linked so they wouldn't call themselves gov agencies .. but polyclinics r public cos they r subsidised by gov

Maybe like this u can try visit msia or Thailand their clinics , seems that they are cheap n won't hv the records to gov access . But when I m unwell I just want to go next door or within 1-30 min to try to seek help than cross customs 1-4 h to go to a clinic cos they wouldn't hv my records ... u decide which one suits you most

Yea .. with AI ... it is less and less possible for one to secure all our data even with us sitting still at workplace or at home
