Ingredients:
1-2 large Egg Plant (Wash, cut strips)
200g Pork Floss


Batter Mixture:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk / Cold water


Method:
Towel Dry Egg Plant.
Dipped Egg Plant into batter.
Coated well and deep fried till lightly brown and puffy.

That's why I alws eat things that nv exist in same form as any cai png stall ... we only hv salt , sugar, light soy sauce , chilli sauce (if there is some promo or my mom n me recently eat duck rice or chicken rice tapow )
Also she don't like so many sauce overpowering e good original tastes .. eg potato must taste like itself
So must rice or bitter gourd or celery stick
