What do u do with this kind of person?

Last year, I was a part-timer in a 3 mth contract job. In the job, I get to know a girl, who is also a part timer just like me.

Whenever I spotted the girl's mistake. I will inform the girl directly, I advice her, so that she wouldn't repeat the same mistakes. At that point of time, her attention was all on the full timers. Whatever the advices coming from full timers are bibles to her, I'm just a part timer to her it's nothing.

One month before I leave, by chance I heard full-timers criticizing about her, so I mention to her to be careful etc, what not to do, without quoting anyone's name. Just hope she take note to avoid that action. In turn, she ignored me all the way till the end till I leave the job.


Fast forward 9 months later, she msg me via Facebook (she prob deleted my number) says she missed our batch of people who don't backstab. We always kindly advised her she now appreciates it. The full-timers she prayed like gods to, backstab behind her and outcasted her, together with new part timer. She explained the reason why she ignored me is because I choose not to mention other ppl's name. Now everyday she spam message and rant to me how evil the people in that workplace is, for around 2 mths. She wished to meet me for meals if I'm free.


If u are me, how do u deal with such people? I don't feel like meeting her already, tbh.

I understand she needs an outlet to vent and I told her I wouldn't be replying much cos I hardly can handle myself. She can continue to type in our WhatsApp as usual but I wouldn't reply to her WOT much nowadays.

Now I just go by feelings. Not right I would just cut won't entertain like last time.
The late 吴孟达 has very high eq and in an interview he said He would not give advice to new actors about acting unless they ask. Make mistakes he will also not correct them unless they ask.
Im learning from him.
What he says is true.

I have nothing for her to let her dig tbh. That workplace is somewhere I definitely wouldn't go back to. So I am quite sure I'm free of these issues.

And no, I'm not an upright person. I dont have the capacity to fight every battles. It's just the guilt that will come with if u find u not advising the right thing to do, cos it can affect many people who will be handled by her.

That's why now go into part time, and slowly I will fade off wouldn't go back full time in my industry anymore. It can be mentally tiring.
