actually is no need boil. is use boiling water to cover for around 3 min or something

then u just throw in, smashed garlic (maybe 5 cloves, depending on how much cockles), dried chili and dark soy sauce (after draining the water)

then shake it a bit

this cockles my dad and i always bought from the bukit merah ntuc after swimming then bought the white grape juice that tastes like wine go home boil the cockles eat with soy sauce vinegar garlic ginger

Dunno why hate a hawker. Hawker life not easy  want hate hate  the air con song song ceca. Not because of only that they only choose comfy jobs like consultant. Grunt jobs like admin are filled by sinkies
