gws! your elbow is chronic problem? then can do physiotherapy, running and your other arm exercises

i just went yesterday
rockclimbing need 2 people. tried rockclimbing in sec school thought it was very fun also

Yes after they assess u to be certified u are given the clear to climb buildings w/o harnesses too

That time overdo strength training coz was pissed at work.

End up injured and i stopped all exercising altogether. Now my elbow still nv fully recover to 100% strength

More like 80% recovery only. I used to be quite strong for my size. As in can do many pull ups..

Rly starting to exercise again. When u get past 35 u rly can see all the effects of ageing

Go slow. I walked for ard 1 yr before I started jogging again. Even for jogging, I started with 1km then slowly increase the distance and pace. Til date, my timing and distance are still crap but have to manage expectation, I'm no longer 20yo so not looking at breaking records and bulking up etc

i know exercise is a necessity. intensity may vary.
