u know that time ethereum i told my friend to buy. believe it was 2016 or 2017 and u know ethereum was dirt price

that time my job and family got issues, i bought just a few and sold too fast

if i kept that 20 or 30 ethereum or like u say all in

I already can have dunno how many houses and cars liao, but hindsight is always 20/20

US very easy to do it. they got duplex homes. can rent out 1 whole side, live in other side.

last time our place in Arizona was near ASU, so when we left to come back SG, we rented to indo students who were going to ASU.

but the macpherson also possible to enbloc since they are older

if want to bet on enbloc very hard i feel, sooner or later very likely these 2 places will SERS or VERS. the question is when and whether u will outlive it or be "young" enough.......... say 50s enblock still can enjoy, if after 65 or even 60, enbloc or not also doesnt matter to most of us liao, tio boh

initially we beo those just opposite, blks 2, 3 and 5 but location not as good cos no shelter to train station for my kids

dun bank too much on enbloc cos not everywhere will get, in fact many will probably be left to rot till lease expiry... especially if they wanna carry on squeezing ppl into this island, they need temporary sites and replacements for those they remove

They are developing the area near the power station (u know my place there), also next to the river. but that place not as convenient as my block as u know

so i feel if we kena enbloc we may be shortchanged and moved to the area next to the park where it's under redevelopment plan

or maybe move us to the Sims Drive where they already moved the people away to the good places at Kallang (in the picture) and elsewhr i think)

i feel Sims Drive location not as good as my location, tio boh @daryl76 ?

this is what i worry. Sims Drive is knn sai lai de, inside only 2-3 buses serving, no MRT. frankly speaking i really dont want to vacate here then move to that shit place without MRT and without buses

and frankly, looking at the MRT lines, it's close to 0% probability they will build another MRT station there............. if got, means wah lau eh the whole of SG esp central all is MRT liao

this is what i really worry, because it is not unfounded and very likely true. machiam makan my good place right nxt to MRT and throw us all to Sims Drive that dog dont shit, birds dont lay egg place


walk to Aljunied MRT also need dunno 10min+

walk to GB MRT also 10-15min

VERS is likely SERS is hard to say. the so-called VERS is still not very confirmed right?

VERS is like everyone vote to sell or something. and u wont get the free unit or whatever. I suspect VERS will be like 80% of SERS. Meaning to say u can recoup based on ur lease left + they give u additional grants or some shit. meaning u wont get the so good SERS + top up to get bigger unit

that day I pass by the Macpherson new HDB still building. I think those are quite short also. i count like 16 storeys or something? coz it's too near to paya lebar airbase which is not moving out yet

ok la 16 storeys still taller than here, but a bit wasted because that area is not too bad, quite near MRT but the circuit road there also old estate which will SERS or VERS for sure

the question again is when

but Paya Lebar and Macpherson also lots of new houses. already will be super overcrowded liao

if work at the industrial area then will be good... i think demand is still there and going up

i only know they will probably try to fuck people in Hougang by not letting them SERS. even VERS maybe will try to screw them.

i suspect PAP will do some shit to your Potong Pasir by allowing u all to SERS and VERS to make Hougang residents tulan. but probably in 10 yrs time or something

they will do this SERS and VERS for some estates like TPY, Macpherson and older estates including Chin Swee/Havelock. My gut feel. then maybe after that will be mine because i heard from the engineers last time say my place ground not v stable during MRT building

then purposely f Hougang residents in say, 20 yrs time or 30 yrs by not SERS-ing or VERS-ing them
