Ec locations usually shit esp now. Capital appreciation also not much.

Plh also fucked coz 10 yrs then can sell. Then nxt buyer 10 yrs later then can sell.

Existing flats not considered as plh or what, just explodes in pricing like now. Those 3 room at my area at least 600k upwards for those just MOP or within 10 yrs.
