Just went around the neighbourhood to see the recent transactions.

After ours at S$1700plus psf, the S$2500 psf one is rebuilt 3 storey while the S$2000psf and S$2200psf ones are original like mine.

Ceiling leaks are common problems for landed. Had them in JB house and prev Sg terrace too. No need to replace whole roof lah. Tomorrow going to JB to get quotes to fix the problem.

leaking roof easy to fix but hard to detect the source. so fix is cheap but finding where ish the leak is sexpensive
