Agent offer refund half ie 1k but hubby dun want. Says go to Small Claims Tribunal. Simi Consumer Protection, we should get refund within cooling off period.

Actually we got our refunds back twice with Mercedes and Toyota.

I signed a form but it has 2 parts . The lower part saying deposit will be forfeited I didn't sign.
