Today went for S$9 neck massage where they try to psycho me to sign up for more. I didn't.

Yesterday already paid S$200 plus to check bloods for cause of leg cramps...all normal, except muscle enzyme a bit high.

My muscle sore until now hands feel numb and blood circulation not good feeling i decide to let it heal by itself. Go a&e i heard from my college he wait 10 hrs
