What are your retirement plans?

For me either

Plan A - sell sg terrace in 3 yrs for profit and buy resale condo for rental income and retire in my JB semid.

Plan B - sell sg terrace in 3 yrs for profit and Jb semid and buy hdb for retirement.

Plan C - keep properties and continue working for as long as I can.

Which Plan u think is best and what r yr retirement plans?

We bought at S$3.4 mil when it was valued at S$4mil. Now SRX value at S$3.84 mil.

I month after we bought at S$1700psf, someone bought at S$2500psf

Now generating fixed deposit + ssb interest $700/mth on average.

I don't spend a lot so I will try to save a little more. And go on bare minimum when I tio pork.

That's good. We have about S$2000 plus a mth passive income from JB rental, hubby's Uob dividends and my mthly uob interest.

But JB house still not rented out yet.

Hmm, maybe don't take work too seriously. Else sooner or later burnout. I think sometimes it's because the individual's work performance is quite good make other ppl red eye and stir trouble.

Moi will sell the landed. Retire/run road in BKK condo or hua Hin gated House depending which is being rented out 
Then beo shop unit for rent or for dotter to open her clinic therapy after her doctorate in US & beo a landed in US. Travel/stay between Sg, BKK & US. Rest of the time train trip in Europe.
Definitely not staying so long here in this pressure cooker.
