I decided to migrate here, and start a new life.

Boycotting all SPH products and services, after the HWZ moderator Ottoke infracted me and accused me of "quarreling" without even citing the exact words in my post that violated their Member T&C.

Without any evidence to show how I violated the Member T&C, I cannot even clear my name. No point supporting the platform. Hope they close down.

Gagt got use before. Anyway to dev app takes a lot of time effort and money. Will dev features and fix issues and maybe revamp a bit only and only consider app once got critical mass

Problem why other sites failed also coz no focus and no ways to make money to at least sustain. Right now we are in that situation and i dont foresee making money even 3 yrs into the future also.

If we manage go get more people incl commercial users and sponsors, breakeven probably also in terms of yrs

By then god knows if 10 other platforms already appear

Will try and work to see hw it happens. Basically now even ads also minimal and its like making $1 or $2 per mth. How to even stop bleeding is an unsolvable problem at this point

Actual costs if just hosting now is cheap la less than 100 per mth but if people scale up then it can jump a lot more of course.

But some modifications need money and time and effort. Can only say overall not cheap, if u factor all in, amounts to thousands or more per yr.

U see edmw.sg probably got 5 or 10 times user and the founder probably dev everything himself. Just hosting alone probably 1k per yr or less. I might be wrong but probably less than 2k. They also tong 2, 3 yrs at such low costs and threw in towel cox cant recoup

This place uses more resources than them for sure. Right now is more like interest for everyone to get away from there only so started this place as a ranting, chill out point without much consideration for money making.

- edmw continue to go down and people start looking for other forums (this)
- and prob need people to donate and of course for the donations/expenditure to be clear and trasnsparent
