Are there any food/brands/products that you have been using and gatekeeping

I was a medic/dental assistant in ns and many dentists recommended Systema toothbrush (compact, soft) so I have been using Systema since then

No idea, only rmb many of them recommend Systema. It's the bristle, thin, soft and tapered

I currently use Systema toothbrush but I don't have a personal preference.

i get mine from sheng siong. quite cheap actually.

From major supermkt loh, I buy those bundle pack of 3, just nice for 1 yr

Then for toothpaste and dental floss, I get from valushop, at least 50% cheaper. Also get 1 yr's worth of supply

Oral-b dental floss is the best ($2.50). I tried other brands ($1) but they sucks, either the floss not waxed or floss is too thick

i think sensodyne also has SLS. i am using Complete Protection.
