The bakery in my plaza seems to be a sinkie owner. I try my best to support the waffles.

The watch/battery shop operated by old couples, I always go there top up my parents sim card even though I can conveniently do it online at home. Hope they can earn something. In the end, the rental still kills their biz. One mth 5-6k rental for half a shop lot that is much smaller than 2-cubible toilet.

Eggs is a must have. Don't have will die.

i only use samsung coz apple and samsung dominate the industry

i scared incompatible with apps and stuff

previously use xiaomi with international rom (i think) but still always will have some china stuff or ads or whatever shit then i changed back to samsung

i dropped my phone like first or second time last week, lagi kam pua tulan coz i usually damn careful

got put the protective covering but i scared internal damage liao. i really dont intend to change phone this yr (using S23)

hope can last till 2026 then change. unless is win toto la

pokka lychee tea is rly quite nice tbh

no teva for me. i feel kam pua expensive. my pair of weinsbrenner sandals last like maybe 10 yrs liao leh. but i dont wear often except at corridor or going downstairs but still last v long liao

I used to hate Samsung. Tried many other brands but sadly they either pull out of the mobilephone biz or close shop totally haha, dun like ios either. Luckily at the same time, Samsung begin to improve so I switched to Samsung. But I only use their A series cos i can't bear to spend $1k on flgaships

S23 launched in 2023, can use for 7 yrs leh. 2026 change phone....knn you rich man

$500 phone use for 5 yrs i/o of $1k phone use for 7 yrs. Many reviewers rate A series capability as 80% of flagships so it's a good deal I guess.

Weirdly, Pokka lychee tea quite difficult to find in supermarkets. At one time I even thot the product is discontinued. I think I from 2000 drink until now, iirc the packaging also din change

Teva used to be cheap. Before covid it's ard $29.90 or lower but after that they thot they are LV, open own shop and sell at $50. I bought a pair 2 days ago cos my crocs snapped and Teva is having a sale online, $38 for the slippers I wanted. Mush ftw!

Well, the mom and pop shops can't really compete too unless ppl support them to the extent that they grow bigger to fight ntuc/ss

As I said earlier, I dun blindly support local. Breadtalk, prism, rude hawkers etc I boycott them all

my father's A series automatically spoil damn fast and nv drop before

i rarely barely use it auto cannot turn on. lasted 3 yrs+

and i buy with mobile plan which is more ex la but $0 or minimum when sign up

and i can tell u 80% is bull shit rubbish

my Samsung dunno S8 or S7 what tab spoil i went to buy dunno S9 FE or what. it's not using snapdragon i tell u the performance is shit even though it's a 3 yr newer product.

if u use flagship u try using non-flagship even 3 yrs later ur new tab still slower than 3 yrs ago product
