Feeling depressed just now

Today, an overwhelming sense of anger, depression, sadness took over my normal thoughts for the whole day. I cried and decided to go for a jog.

After the end of my 2km jog. I feel much better. All the negative thoughts dissipated.

Something else.  Must exercise AND not have access to social media or internet.  Some times it gets stressful reading the posts not because of any emotions but the need to concentrate.  So during exercise I try to stay off the phone for a while.  So jogging, cycling and swimming are good

Stay away from those toxic posts that try to pull u down. If you're depressed that's the last thing u need. The real depression forums, the people there are mutually supportive even though they're depressed. But yeah, if don't know where to find those supportive threads stay off internet is a good idea
