think both and thinking bah. coz at this point my place is right above mrt. problem is too small and old

but nearby options only 5 yrs newer (1978). around my place say 5km or so all is around 1980 or 1981 that i can afford and they will be far from transport and doesnt make sense

so honestly really is considering the link i posted and somewhr nearby around central area

i think that area will huat in a few years. also cos a lot of empty land there.

one couple i know is both were malaysian, one convert one didnt, damn smart... game the system gao gao

jiuhu land must try to stay condo, landed damn risky... my buddy cousin house also same same, sleeping upstairs cos work night shift, wake up come down furniture gone, tv gone
