Just received email from SMC saying that I will still be under C reg...sob...writing back to ask for appeal...

Dunno to exercise OTP or not.

If sell JB house, can have 8 years of mortgage to survive provided I have a job. Hopefully price will rise and we can sell for a good profit or I get my full reg and can keep the house

ask them for a "reasons for decision" document so that if chiu wan to appeal chiu noe wat to appeal.

if dun have this document chiu are appealing blindly

if chiu do proper jod ask all the proper question and take enough taim to make chiur own independent and professional decision then sure ok whether it is online or in person.
