i always worked in private sector and opted out of cdac n nobody judges you, in fact i only knew about opt out cos a helpful HR distributed the opt out form.

but if work in garment jod, can opt out? will kena questioned or judged or not? will it be paiseh?

U can but risk getting ur hr and boss blacklist u in their mind or belief u r v geygao n non conforming and don't want to contribute to ur own community kinda human ==selfish above all

Fact : everyone judges someone else to some extent
Whether or not they judge to the extent of black listing u as a official thing with a record
Or mentally classify u as a category of human is each to their own 🤔☹️
No I neh do g job before but I hv worked in sme where we were contractor of g so I get some level of pattern of olden day civil servants
