If u stay in your current unit. U have no job worries.

We bought it at 3.4mil when highest bank valuation is 4mil. Profit 600k already, if sell at 4mil 3 years later, can retire more comfortably.

It's ok, I can get sacked after buying the house, we have enough for 3 years then sell 3 years later.

Also, found some job openings for C reg so I guess not that bad. Just xian full reg will take longer.

Option to purchase, in its name alr says it's option. How can they sue u. Most impt is know when to stop if it looks like it's a bad decision. Because u are the only one working. Your hub is jobless. And u worry job security.

Ya, checked with my agent also say won't get sued.

But he advised me to go ahead so as not to lose my 170k

And I sold my condo undervalue by 200k cause under pressure as already paid otp.

So will lose close to 400k if don't proceed.

My condo also has a range of valuation. I sold at the lower end of valuation. Hubby keep kpkb.

Very tired already. Every morning go to work like zombie.

Wish to retire like my hubby, relax at home everyday.

chiur hubby last jod is it the many years ago he was already long term jodless for many years but steel found a jod for $8000 per month then resign after a few months? jskm.

he can keep doing this and treat as work part time. just work $8000 per month jods for few months per year, still make more than some who work full year but lower celery.

i agree. not just locked to the mortgage loan, but also locked to the physical big house, all the repairs and maintenance and cleaning. small, cozy and minimalist is the way for me.

He worked for 3 years. Think 10k  a mth then. Longest record.

If I really no job, we have no choice but to retire. Unless we wanna try starting a business.

stay HDB good mah. condo and landed are overrated.

HDB got usave rebates.
easy to maintain
some things can get help from town council and HDB

landed maintenance n repair is jialat especially the older the building. no HDB or town council to help you. you find your own contractor kena cut carrot also duno. worse they do half fug jod make things worse. stay at ground floor all the dust and insects.
