Oh in a way u booked the purchase of the unit. No one else can fight with u ah? Ok I get what u mean. So the seller must fulfil they sale to u, but u can choose to withdraw and forfeit the $$. Oh wow. That is a heavy commitment.

If u alr feeling stressed about job security, and u still wanna borrow $1.7mil to further commit. Many red flags... I suggest go with your heart and do a stop loss. Don't stress yourself further. If u have to lose the $170k. Take it as a mistake and don't do a rash purchase la. Live within our means less stress

All u need to do is to accept your reality and listen to your heart. U know it. There are a lot of stressors u are facing now. U still wanna commit to heavy debt.

My Mum always tell me don't be a slave to housing debt. I am still sticking to this rule till now. I agree with her.

With your current monies, u can also relax like your hub. And go to work less stressed.
