I also only started exercising in recent yrs in 2019. Basically calisthenics and slow jogging for overall health and mobility. Dun have to break personal best by lifting x kgs and run under x mins etc bs

Got 1 time I run 3km then got ppl ask if that's my warm up hahah knn

Start from yr whatever distance ... keep that distance every other few days until you feel bored alr then add 100 metre each month or sthg ... easily can get there once u added a few X 100 metres de .. running is a habit just like any other thing like play catching or collecting stamps or cycling

Yah. Now I don't dare walk staircase. Cos my tummy block me from seeing my feet. Scare roll down the stairs. Lol
