It really depends liao.

As for now, China is a bad choice until Winnie Xi the Pooh is no longer in charge and someone who is not as siao as Winnie Xi takes over.

After Xi's era, it will depend on if Yeeeeeeeeennnndia is reliable or notch. End of the day, these businesses will flock to the ones that cost less AND is more reliable. The best of both worlds.
