Think yishun older 3 rooms can get for 300ish or slightly less bah. But its across the board one.

Search for hdb is diff from searching for say, a cheap bed or table. That one if lucky can get good deals. Hdb u search forever also no point coz people reference each other and tightly controlled by govt policies

Cheaper ones maybe got murder or people die inside or ah long. Who would want to live in these even if very slightly cheaper?

Say most units are around 350k. This particular flat will maybe go for 290 or 300k
