I tried to make new account in HWZ but that account cannot send pm or reply threads. Why isit so?

I use 2nd phone number also din receive activation email. Ask fren to create new account then can but later tio banned. Use another fren's dormant account also tio caught too

yup i really suspect either they install super cookies or working with ISP to detect tbh
