imo next year will be very hard because the next best time to have an election in 2025 would be the March school holidays right after Feb's budget announcement, but if you consider Nov 2024 is US election, and Jan 2025 is UK's elections, it would be wise for PAP to get their elections done with and install the new PM b4 US/UK changes leadership. else PAP will be having 2 different leaders converse with external parties during the transition phrases.
