by right it should be 3.3 x 12. that should be 40k. instead, it's 500k. that's 151 times. minus away all their rubbish grants. that is still easily 120x/130x times the monthly salary

even for degree holders, say 4.8k at age of say 30ish........ or make it 5k

that's 100x to afford the same 3 room flat
