Yea. It seems Singapore is least prepared cos there is the assumption that with money one can buy anything.  But Covid has also taught us with regards to the mask.  Even if got money, if other countries need it more like masks, they won't sell.

With regards to assets.  It doesn't matter if the assets are sold to overseas players AS LONG AS the assets are physically still in Singapore.

It's like in Taiwan during Covid. I remember we had a mask making factory there but they couldn't send them to Singapore cos of some restrictions.  So the factories eventually moved to Singapore iirc
