Last week fall down in toilet a week liao knee still can feel pain when touch the area
Last time 15s fall down 3 days later heal.

Last year I fell and sort of pulled my left back and left leg (thigh and calf). Took me 2 mths+ to recover

Then for whole of past mth duno act up again or what, felt some discomfort in my leg again so I din jog for August. Maybe I think too much cos it's the 7mth month, maybe my guardian angel trying to prevent me from jogging cos I always jog at night. After 7th mth end, the pain went away

it's true one. esp past 35 i told people really can notice difference. ur running stamina, recovery and tiredness really become noticeable, even pcc also.

generally everything slowdown

at 39 i developed lao hua, people develop it in early 40s. 40 is another big one (recently the muscle issue)

that day got article publish say 44 is another big change.

seems like every 5 yrs 1 big change.

but they say the next one will be at 60... dont know, dont want to think so far, pointless also
