Most of my frens who migrated to Australia

The only praise they have is cheap house large landed area which is a 2 3 hr drive to any decent town center get grocery.

On off come back sg 3 to 8 times a year.
Our hawker food cannot fight. Then stay hotel also kpkb, but say BMW now like heaven to them. U cannot fight the feeling of sitting idle in a box getting from Pt a to pt b.

They move purely for their next generation. Not for themselves lo.

Sit in MRT to shopping mall for half an hour in Singapore - so jammed so crowded so stressful

Actually, and I am off topic here, it's not so much that foreigners build villages in Singapore.  I mean they do.  They have enclaves and such but it's normal.  It's only we sinkies like to pwn ourselves

So it's not so much that Australia is better.  We like to think anyone is better than ourselves.  Heck if someone migrated to Vietnam, probably he will post how great Vietnam is and how backward Singapore is also.

That's why must give credit where it's due. Many just kpkb sg is boring but the way I see it, they are boring ppl to begin with. Only know going to malls and makan all over sg. Then travel overseas for hols and proclaim sg is shit. SG may not be the most happening country but it can be quite fun if you know where to look for it and you dun have to break the bank for it
