Few weeks ago... Whenever I shower. Everyday 100++ hair fall during shower. Then my top become like this lor.

地中海 damn sad one. Under the lights very shiny and become lighthouse.

I also damn scat one day i end up like them. I will probably shave botak, 地中海 i look very weird. For me i got take health supplement for hair growth, heng it works to a certain extent.

My female friend jitao shave botak and put a wig. Look so youthful now lor! If I really cannot. I will just buy a wig le

Wah, very brave. Some ppl including me, head shape cannot accomodate 地中海, some rare guys look cute with it.

if u have to choose... start from front better or top? most of us will face this if we live long enough

i also feel my front starting to get less coz i over use some hair products

usually if got thin hair, is best to cut hair short.

leaving it long (even for guys) tends to draw attention to the barren part

Recently had massive hair loss for the past 2 months.
Top photo taken on 3/7, second photo taken on 19/7 after taking supplement.

Currently taking zinc picolinate 22mg per day, collagen.

Previously been taking collagen alone but doesn't seem to help.

Will update my results here. Now still too early to tell results. Skin improved a little after taking zinc. 

Disclaimer: strongly recommended is to go to Dr and take blood test before u take zinc. Overdose is dangerous.
