GPGT my hairloss journey

Recently had massive hair loss for the past 2 months.
Top photo taken on 3/7, second photo taken on 19/7 after taking supplement.

Currently taking zinc picolinate 22mg per day, collagen.

Previously been taking collagen alone but doesn't seem to help.

Will update my results here. Now still too early to tell results. Skin improved a little after taking zinc. 

Disclaimer: strongly recommended is to go to Dr and take blood test before u take zinc. Overdose is dangerous.

Don wan see Dr... They will give minoxidil.
I'm stressed with life so hair drop more these months. Had anxiety attacks and mild depression.

I love salty.

But usually my hairloss seems to increase when weather is hot.
