I think its skewed. Also many mid career people like us are fucked by our lower startint pay and less increments unless we jump jobs or start own sideline such as another job or biz.

And those higher starting pay usually is mnc and govt and scholars and now have to compete with foreigners.

Those top grades or like drs and dentists sure got jobs la.

Then they also screw up dont want to admit more people into medical courses and nv improve lives of nurses and other occupations that we need
