the market in general is very very weak. auction prices are not going up. a lot of unsold lots also.

btw those chinatown sellers all talk cock talk rubbish one, u can take their words with a pinch of salt.

they are all money driven, they will do whatever they can to make the note look presentable like use chemical to wash until clean clean or press the folds so that the notes look like brand new. all these damage the notes in the long run as those notes will not last very long in this humid singapore environment
