I passed by Chinatown. A place that sells many notes and coins. The notes are smudged, but laminated. Some of the colour are heavier than others, looks like they added strong colour to the note. I'm not sure if they tampered it. If so, can it still be used?

If cannot spend is Jin jia Cham. Used to be a real note right? Now become worthless Jin Cham lei.
