actually the law is not allowed to. last time i also got it wrong

basically say ure alr retired there, u cannot rent out ur HDB here. unless one of u are Singapore citizen

honestly i find SXL very fake also. never interacted with her but just coz shes pretty it seems like many sway over to her, but i feel she not simple. just my 2 cents
