So Saab driver name revealed, charged in count. He is not even apologetic, not even a single mention of the victims.
Even max sentence is only 8+1 years, SG laws too lenient on these drivers.
Same as the tiong lorry driver who killed 3, fella didnt even get a jail sentence wtf

He is guilty AF, what can he rely on to defend his position? Brake spoil (cannot be he was zooming left and right before that). Blame merc (yea merc driver is a scumbag too) or motorcyclist? Medical conditions? I want to see how he worm his way of out this to see how much of a scum he can be.

i think after consultation with the lawyer he might just plead guilty. or maybe try to push some blame to the mercs driver, maybe concoct some story like he sped up cos he was afraid that the mercs driver might do something to him.
