I see edmw people blaming the Merc.  Think it's dumb.  Only one to blame is the Saab.  If the Merc were to be blamed for anything maybe the sideswipe damage and not the carnage at the junction.

Otherwise like I said if the Merc had slowed and let the Saab pass, the people might still say the Merc enabled the Saab and therefore should be responsible as well
